These Terms and Conditions govern the BioSteel 60% Off 100-Serving Protein Bundles promotion on BioSteel.com and BioSteel.ca. By participating, you agree to these terms, as well as BioSteel’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Promotional Period

The promotion begins on October 19, 2026, and continues while supplies last. There is no scheduled closing date.

2. Offer and Eligible Products

Save 60% off the following products only:

  • 100 Servings Single-Serve Protein - Plant Based Chocolate

  • 100 Servings Single-Serve Protein - Plant Based Vanilla

  • 100 Servings Single-Serve Protein - Recovery Plus Vanilla

The offer applies exclusively to the 100-serving bundles listed above. Individual sachets, other bundle sizes, other flavours and all other products are excluded.

The discount applies to eligible one-time purchases only. Subscription and auto-renewal purchases are excluded.

3. Discount Application and Exclusions

  • The discount is applied automatically at checkout to eligible products. No discount code is required.

  • The discount applies to the eligible product subtotal before taxes. Shipping fees, taxes and duties are not discounted.

  • Loyalty point redemptions are permitted during this promotion. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, coupons or referral codes unless explicitly stated.

  • Non-eligible items in the same order will remain at their applicable price.

  • The offer is not valid on previous purchases. No retroactive discounts, credits or price adjustments will be issued.

  • The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Availability and Order Restrictions

  • Eligible products are available only while supplies last.

  • Sold-out products will not be backordered or substituted, and rain checks will not be issued.

  • BioSteel reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, resale, promotional abuse or unauthorized activity.

  • Orders may be modified or cancelled if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing, product information or promotional details.

  • Customers will be notified of material changes or cancellations. Please confirm all order details before completing checkout, as orders cannot be changed after submission.

5. Returns and Refunds

Promotional purchases are subject to BioSteel’s Return Policy.

  • Refunds on eligible returns will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.

  • Short shelf life and clearance products, where identified as such, are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds, except where required by law.

  • Nothing in these terms limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Changes to the Promotion

Subject to applicable law, BioSteel reserves the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion.

Any changes to the offer or eligible products will be reflected in the applicable promotional information.
