These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on BioSteel.com and BioSteel.ca. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms, as well as BioSteel’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

• Promotional offers are available for a limited time or while supplies last.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, discount codes, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.

• Promotional discounts do not apply to subscription-based purchases unless otherwise noted.

• Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.

• Discounts and promotional offers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Promotional information is provided “as is” and may contain typographical, pricing, or other errors. BioSteel reserves the right to correct any errors at any time without prior notice.

• No price adjustments will be provided for purchases made before or after a promotional period.

2. Use of the Term “Sitewide” and Exclusions

BioSteel.com and BioSteel.ca may occasionally advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

• The term “sitewide” means that the discount applies to the majority of available products. Some exclusions may apply.

• Products may be excluded from a promotion due to:

  • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.

  • Existing discounts or clearance pricing.

  • Seasonal, limited-edition, short shelf-life, or special collaboration products.

  • Subscription or auto-renewal orders.

  • Any other reason determined by BioSteel at its sole discretion.

• Excluded items may not always be listed on the promotional page or identified during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

BioSteel reserves the right to cancel or modify an order if:

• A product is unavailable or out of stock.

• There is an error in pricing, product information, or promotional details.

• The order does not meet the stated promotional requirements.

• Fraudulent activity, promotional abuse, or misuse is suspected.

Customers will be notified of any material changes or cancellations. Orders placed during promotional periods cannot be changed after submission. Please confirm all order details before completing checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to BioSteel’s Return Policy.

• Refunds for discounted items will reflect the amount paid, not the original retail price.

• Items received through a “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion cannot be returned separately for a refund.

• Promotional gifts cannot be returned separately for a refund or exchanged for cash or store credit.

• Short shelf-life products purchased during a promotion are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

• If a qualifying purchase is returned and no longer meets the promotional requirements, the promotional gift must also be returned. If it is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

5. Changes to Promotions

• BioSteel reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Not all discount codes, coupons, loyalty rewards, referral offers, or other promotions are compatible with each sale.

• BioSteel will determine offer compatibility and eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. BioSteel New Customer Free Gift and Existing Customer Rewards Promotion

The BioSteel New Customer Free Gift and Existing Customer Rewards Promotion is subject to the following terms:

Eligibility and One-Time Redemption

• Customers must complete the designated promotional form to participate.

• New customers who have not previously placed an order with BioSteel are eligible to select one (1) complimentary gift with a qualifying purchase.

• Existing customers who complete the form will receive thirty-four (34) BioSteel Rewards points, equivalent to $2 in reward value, instead of a complimentary gift.

• Each customer may claim this promotion once only. Repeat form submissions, additional email addresses, or multiple accounts do not create additional eligibility.

New Customer Free Gift

Eligible new customers may choose one (1) of the following products, subject to availability:

• HYDRATION MIX / Blue Raspberry - 16 Servings

• HYDRATION MIX / Watermelon - 12 Servings

• HYDRATION MIX / Lemon Lime - 12 Servings

• HYDRATION MIX / Grape - 12 Servings

The following conditions apply:

• The selected gift must be included in the same order as at least one additional purchased product.

• The combined merchandise subtotal of the additional purchased product(s) must be at least $1 CAD after any applicable discounts and before taxes, shipping, and other fees. The promotional gift does not count toward this minimum.

• The free gift is provided through a promotional discount code that reduces the price of one unit of the selected eligible gift to $0 once the purchase requirements are met.

• The selected gift may display its regular price until an additional qualifying product is added to the cart and the promotional discount code is successfully applied. Adding the gift alone does not activate the discount.

• If qualifying products are removed or the additional merchandise subtotal falls below $1 CAD, the gift discount will no longer apply and the selected gift may revert to its regular price.

• Customers must confirm that the gift discount is reflected in their order total before completing checkout.

• Limit of one (1) complimentary gift per eligible customer. Additional quantities are charged at the applicable selling price.

• Promotional gifts are short-dated products with a limited remaining shelf life. Dates may vary by product and batch. Customers should review the date and storage instructions printed on the packaging.

• Gift selection is available while supplies last. Individual flavours or formats may become unavailable before the promotion ends.

• This offer applies to one-time purchases only and does not apply to subscription or auto-renewal orders.

• The gift does not qualify the order for free shipping on its own. Standard shipping charges and thresholds apply.

• Promotional gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product.

• Promotional gifts are final sale, subject to applicable law and BioSteel’s policies for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

• If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned, or refunded and the remaining order no longer meets the promotional requirements, the gift must also be returned. If it is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund, subject to applicable law.

Existing Customer Rewards

• Eligible existing customers who complete the promotional form will receive a one-time credit of thirty-four (34) BioSteel Rewards points, equivalent to $2 in reward value.

• Points are credited to the BioSteel Rewards account associated with the email address submitted through the form.

• Points are subject to the BioSteel Rewards program’s standard redemption requirements and terms.

• Reward points are not a cash payment or an automatic $2 discount on the current order and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Existing customers are not eligible for the new customer free gift under this promotion.

General Promotional Conditions

• This promotion is available on BioSteel.ca while active and while gift supplies last.

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, discount codes, or referral codes unless expressly permitted.

• Promotional benefits and discount codes are non-transferable.

• BioSteel reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline or cancel claims involving duplicate submissions, inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, or promotional abuse.

• BioSteel may modify, suspend, or end the promotion, subject to applicable law.
