These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on BioSteel.com & BioSteel.ca. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms as well as BioSteel’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or while supplies last.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional discounts do not apply to subscription-based purchases unless otherwise noted.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • All information presented in promotional campaigns is provided “as is” and may contain typographical or pricing errors. BioSteel reserves the right to make corrections at any time without prior notice.
  • No price adjustments will be made for purchases placed prior to or after a promotional period.
2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, BioSteel.com & BioSteel.ca may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, short shelf life, or special collaboration products.
    • Subscription or auto-renewal orders.
    • The sole discretion of BioSteel.
  • Excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

BioSteel reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:

  • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
  • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.
  • Orders placed during promotional periods cannot be changed after submission. Please confirm your order details before completing checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy:

  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • short shelf life products purchased during a promotion are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
5. Changes to Promotions
  • BioSteel reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Not all discount codes, coupons, or offers are compatible with each sale. BioSteel will determine compatibility at its sole discretion.
6.  BioSteel Fall Training Bonus Points Drop:

    The Fall Training Bonus is subject to the following terms:

    • This promotion is available to select BioSteel Rewards members only, chosen at BioSteel's sole discretion. Not all customers or rewards members are eligible, and participation is by invitation only.
    • Eligible members will have 85 bonus BioSteel Rewards points automatically added to their existing rewards points balance. No purchase or promo code is required to receive the points.
    • The 85 bonus points are worth approximately $5 in redemption value (17 points = $1) and are added to your current balance. They are not redeemable on their own — they combine with the points already in your account so you can redeem an available reward, such as $10 off for 175 points or a higher-value reward.
    • Bonus points must be used by September 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Any bonus points not applied to a redemption by that time will be removed from your balance and cannot be reinstated, extended, or exchanged.
    • Rewards are redeemed by logging into your BioSteel Rewards account, selecting an available reward, and applying the generated discount code at checkout before completing your order. Rewards cannot be applied after an order is placed.
    • Limit one (1) 85-point credit per rewards account. Points are tied to the account they were issued to and are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
    • Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers, or subscription discounts. Only one discount code may be applied per order.
    • Exclusions may apply. Rewards cannot be applied to gift cards, taxes, duties, or shipping charges, and may not be valid on certain bundles, sale items, or promotional products.
    • If an order placed using a redeemed reward is cancelled, returned, or refunded in whole or in part, redeemed points will not be reissued once the promotional period has ended.
    • BioSteel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion, or to withdraw points issued in error, at any time and without notice.
    • Standard BioSteel Rewards program terms and BioSteel's Terms of Service apply. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

    SMS Terms 

    By enrolling in or using our SMS service, you agree to these SMS Terms. We may change or discontinue the service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use after any change to these SMS Terms means you accept them. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of BioSteel at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc. Messages may include transactional (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional content (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders). Your consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for message delays or failures. If your mobile number changes, you must re-enroll to continue receiving messages.
