These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on BioSteel.com & BioSteel.ca. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms as well as BioSteel’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or while supplies last.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional discounts do not apply to subscription-based purchases unless otherwise noted.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • All information presented in promotional campaigns is provided “as is” and may contain typographical or pricing errors. BioSteel reserves the right to make corrections at any time without prior notice.
  • No price adjustments will be made for purchases placed prior to or after a promotional period.
2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, BioSteel.com & BioSteel.ca may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, short shelf life, or special collaboration products.
    • Subscription or auto-renewal orders.
    • The sole discretion of BioSteel.
  • Excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

BioSteel reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:

  • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
  • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.
  • Orders placed during promotional periods cannot be changed after submission. Please confirm your order details before completing checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy:

  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • short shelf life products purchased during a promotion are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
5. Changes to Promotions
  • BioSteel reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Not all discount codes, coupons, or offers are compatible with each sale. BioSteel will determine compatibility at its sole discretion.
6.  BioSteel "You Can't Ban Performance" Protein Flash Sale:

    The Protein Flash Sale is subject to the following terms:

    • Offer: 30% off select protein products with promo code BAN30 at checkout. Eligible items are marked on site. Not all protein products are included.
    • Offer is available while supplies last and ends when eligible inventory is sold out or when BioSteel ends the promotion, whichever comes first.
    • US customers only. Valid on orders shipped to a valid address within the United States. Orders shipping to Canada or any other country are not eligible, and the code will not apply.
    • Code BAN30 must be entered at checkout. Discounts are not applied automatically and cannot be added after an order is placed.
    • One promo code per order. BAN30 cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount code, promotion, subscription discount, wholesale or team pricing, employee discount, or Stack and Save tiered pricing.
    • The code cannot be applied to subscription orders. Active subscribers continue to receive their standard subscription pricing on subscription items.
    • Excluded from this promotion: hydration products, supplement products, gift cards, merchandise and apparel, bundles, sample packs, already-discounted or clearance items, and any protein product not marked as eligible.
    • Not valid on prior purchases. No price adjustments, credits, or retroactive discounts will be issued for orders placed before the promotion began or after it ends.
    • Discount is applied to the pre-tax product subtotal. Shipping, taxes, and duties are calculated on the discounted subtotal and are not discounted.
    • Returns and exchanges are processed at the discounted price actually paid. If a return brings an order below a qualifying threshold, the discount may be adjusted accordingly.
    • Eligible purchasers must be 18 years of age or older (or the applicable minimum age in their state). Sales of certain sports nutrition products to minors are restricted in some US states; BioSteel reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable state law.
    • Offer is for personal use only. Not valid for resale. BioSteel reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or void discounts in cases of suspected abuse, bulk purchasing, fraud, or code sharing outside intended channels.
    • Product availability is not guaranteed and eligible items may sell out at any time. Sold-out items will not be backordered or substituted, and do not qualify for a rain check or price adjustment once restocked.
    • BioSteel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • Void where prohibited.

    SMS Terms 

    By enrolling in or using our SMS service, you agree to these SMS Terms. We may change or discontinue the service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use after any change to these SMS Terms means you accept them. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of BioSteel at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc. Messages may include transactional (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional content (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders). Your consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for message delays or failures. If your mobile number changes, you must re-enroll to continue receiving messages.
