These Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins are an easy snack for any time of day.
By blending just a few simple ingredients, you have a basic healthy snack, with no mess!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup BioSteel’s Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Large Bananas
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, until a smooth mix forms.
  3. Pour the mix into a small muffin tin (we used a small tin of 24 muffins).
  4. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
