These Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins are an easy snack for any time of day.
By blending just a few simple ingredients, you have a basic healthy snack, with no mess!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup BioSteel’s Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Large Bananas
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, until a smooth mix forms.
- Pour the mix into a small muffin tin (we used a small tin of 24 muffins).
- Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
