These Rice Crispy Treats are perfect for any post workout recovery or for a mid-day snack! These treats are packed with protein and will satisfy your sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of Raw Honey
- 1 tsp. of Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup of BioSteel’s Vanilla Recovery Protein
- 1 ½ cup of Rice Crispies
- ½ cup of Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup of Smooth Almond Butter
Directions
- In a large bowl, microwave the honey, almond butter and vanilla at 30 second intervals until the ingredients are soft and combined.
- In the same bowl, stir in the protein powder, oats and rice cereal.
- Press the mixture into a 9×9 pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Remove from fridge and enjoy!
