These Rice Crispy Treats are perfect for any post workout recovery or for a mid-day snack! These treats are packed with protein and will satisfy your sweet cravings.


  • 1/3 cup of Raw Honey
  • 1 tsp. of Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup of BioSteel’s Vanilla Recovery Protein
  • 1 ½ cup of Rice Crispies
  • ½ cup of Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup of Smooth Almond Butter


  1. In a large bowl, microwave the honey, almond butter and vanilla at 30 second intervals until the ingredients are soft and combined.
  2. In the same bowl, stir in the protein powder, oats and rice cereal.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9×9 pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from fridge and enjoy!
