Returns

If you’d like to send an item back, you can submit a Return Request through our Returns Centre. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please note that returns for reasons not caused by us (e.g., ordered too much, changed your mind) require return shipping/postage to be paid by the sender—and postage can be purchased and paid for directly through the return process. This page is for return-related requests (not shipping or delivery issues).

Use the Returns Centre for:

  • Ordered too much / no longer need the product

  • Changed your mind after ordering

  • Want to return an unopened product (where eligible)

  • Subscription order you meant to cancel before it shipped

Not a Returns Centre request:

  • Exchange requests (we do not offer exchanges)

  • Damaged products or damaged shipment/box

  • Missing items from your order

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Order never arrived

  • Shipment returned to sender

  • Expiration Issues

  • Product quality issues

For the issues above, please submit an Order Claim instead so our team can review it properly.
