Returns
If you’d like to send an item back, you can submit a Return Request through our Returns Centre. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please note that returns for reasons not caused by us (e.g., ordered too much, changed your mind) require return shipping/postage to be paid by the sender—and postage can be purchased and paid for directly through the return process. This page is for return-related requests (not shipping or delivery issues).
Use the Returns Centre for:

Want to return an unopened product (where eligible)

Subscription order you meant to cancel before it shipped
Not a Returns Centre request:

Exchange requests (we do not offer exchanges)

Damaged products or damaged shipment/box

Missing items from your order

Wrong product delivered

Order never arrived

Shipment returned to sender
