What is the BioSteel Insider Program?

It’s an exclusive community that gives members the chance to hear about select BioSteel product launches, sampling opportunities, special offers and other brand experiences.

How do I become a BioSteel Insider?

Complete the application form and tell us a little about yourself and your interests. Applying is free and only takes a few minutes.

What happens after I apply?

We’ll review your information and add eligible applicants to our Insider community. If an opportunity matches your profile, we may contact you by email with more information.

What kinds of opportunities are available?

Opportunities may include early product access, product sampling, special offers, sharing feedback, or creating photo and video content. Each campaign will have its own details.

Will I be invited to every campaign?

Not necessarily. Invitations may depend on the campaign, product availability, location, interests and other eligibility requirements.

Does joining guarantee free products?

No. Joining the program does not guarantee free products or selection for a campaign. Any products, incentives or requirements will be explained in the applicable invitation.

Do I have to participate when invited?

No. You can decide whether an opportunity is right for you after reviewing its details.

Is the Insider Program the same as the BioSteel Ambassador Program?

No. The Insider Program is separate from the BioSteel Ambassador Program, although current ambassadors may still apply.

How will BioSteel contact me?

Program news and campaign invitations will be sent to the email address you provide. Be sure to check your inbox and junk folder.

Who can apply?

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet any location or eligibility requirements specified by BioSteel. Additional requirements may apply to individual campaigns.
