These Terms and Conditions govern the BioSteel Fall Flash Sale on BioSteel.com and BioSteel.ca. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms, as well as BioSteel’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts are subject to the following terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or while supplies last.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional discounts do not apply to subscription purchases unless otherwise noted.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional information is provided “as is” and may contain typographical or pricing errors. BioSteel reserves the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice.
  • No price adjustments will be made for purchases placed before or after the promotional period.
2. Use of the Term “Sitewide” and Exclusions

Occasionally, BioSteel.com and BioSteel.ca may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • “Sitewide” means that a discount applies to the majority of available products; however, some exclusions may apply.
  • Products may be excluded due to:
    • Legal, pricing or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, short shelf life or special collaboration products.
    • Subscription or auto-renewal orders.
    • The sole discretion of BioSteel.
  • Excluded items may not appear on the promotional page or may be identified as ineligible at checkout.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

BioSteel reserves the right to cancel or modify an order if:

  • A product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • There is an error in pricing, product information or promotional details.
  • The order does not comply with the terms of the promotion.
  • Abuse, fraud, bulk purchasing for resale or other unauthorized activity is suspected.

Customers will be notified of any material changes or cancellations. Orders placed during promotional periods cannot be changed after submission. Please confirm all order details before completing checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to BioSteel’s Return Policy:

  • Refunds on eligible discounted items will reflect the price paid, not the original retail price.
  • Free items received through a “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Promotional gifts cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Short shelf life and clearance products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds, except where required by law.
5. Changes to Promotions
  • BioSteel reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Not all discount codes, coupons or offers are compatible with each promotion. BioSteel will determine compatibility at its sole discretion.
6. BioSteel Fall Refuel Sale

The BioSteel Fall Refuel Sale is subject to the following terms:

  • Promotional Period: The promotion runs from Friday, October 9 through Tuesday, October 13, 2026, inclusive.
  • Offer: Save 50% on eligible BioSteel products purchased during the promotional period.
  • Eligible products will be identified on the promotional collection or applicable product pages. Not all BioSteel products are included.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other sitewide promotions, discount codes or loyalty point redemptions unless explicitly stated.
  • If a cart qualifies for more than one promotion, the greater discount will automatically apply. Discounts will not stack.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout. The discount cannot be added after an order has been placed.
  • Excluded products include ready-to-drink beverages, supplements, protein products, merchandise, apparel, gift cards, subscriptions, bundles, sample packs, clearance products and any Hydration Mix product not identified as eligible.
  • The discount applies to the eligible product subtotal before taxes. Shipping fees, taxes and duties are not discounted.
  • The promotion is not valid on previous purchases. No retroactive discounts, credits or price adjustments will be issued.
  • Eligible products are available only while supplies last. Sold-out items will not be backordered, substituted or eligible for rain checks.
  • Returns and refunds will reflect the discounted price paid. If a return causes an order to no longer satisfy the promotion’s requirements, the promotional discount may be adjusted.
  • BioSteel reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders involving suspected resale, bulk fraud, bulk purchasing, promotional abuse or pricing errors.
  • BioSteel reserves the right to add or remove eligible products or to modify, extend, suspend or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Void where prohibited.

SMS Terms

By enrolling in or using our SMS service, you agree to these SMS Terms. We may change or discontinue the service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use following a change means that you accept the updated terms.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS or text messages from or on behalf of BioSteel at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc. Messages may include transactional content, such as order updates and account alerts, and promotional content, such as special offers, product launches and cart reminders.

Consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, contact support@biosteel.com. BioSteel is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and carriers are not liable for message delays or failures.

If your mobile number changes, you must re-enrol to continue receiving messages. If your number is listed on a Do Not Call registry, your consent still permits BioSteel to send messages as allowed by law.
