BioSteel x I Play Rocky Ticket Giveaway: Official Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) AGED 13 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor
The BioSteel x I Play Rocky Ticket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by BioSteel, 13455 Sylvestre Dr, Windsor, Ontario N8N 2L9 (the “Sponsor”), in partnership with Elevation Pictures (the “Partner”).

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 28, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and closes on November 10, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants who have not reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence (“Minors”) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before entering.

The following people are not eligible:

employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, the Partner, and their respective affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies; and
members of the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses) and households of those people.

4. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the entry form at biosteel.ca/pages/biosteel-x-i-play-rocky during the Giveaway Period. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address.

Entries submitted through automated means, multiple identities, or any other method that gets around these rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received because of technical problems.

5. Prizes
There are fifteen (15) prizes available. Each prize is two (2) admission tickets to see I Play Rocky at a participating theatre in Canada. The approximate retail value is $30 CAD per prize, and the total approximate retail value of all prizes is $450 CAD.

Winners will be contacted by email with prize details and instructions on how to redeem their tickets. Tickets are subject to availability, seating, and the participating theatre’s policies, including film classification and age restrictions. Prizes do not include transportation, concessions, premium-format surcharges, or any other expenses not listed here; those costs are the winner’s responsibility.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. If a prize cannot be awarded as described, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person and per household.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about November 12, 2026, fifteen (15) potential winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry, and must reply within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. To be confirmed as a winner, each potential winner must:

(a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; and
(b) if requested, sign and return a declaration and release form within the time specified.

If a potential winner is a Minor, their parent or legal guardian must sign the declaration and release, and the prize may be awarded to that parent or guardian on the Minor’s behalf.

A potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected, if they:

cannot be reached;
do not respond within 72 hours;
answer the skill-testing question incorrectly; or
otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

7. Privacy
The Sponsor collects personal information through this Giveaway to run it, including selecting winners and awarding prizes. Winners’ information may be shared with the Partner only to fulfill prizes.

Entrants who opt in to marketing communications will also receive emails from BioSteel and can unsubscribe at any time. All personal information is handled in accordance with the BioSteel Privacy Policy (biosteel.ca/policies/privacy-policy) and will not be sold.

8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, each winner who accepts a prize consents to the Sponsor using their first name, last initial, and city and province of residence in connection with this Giveaway, without further compensation. For a Minor, this consent is given by their parent or legal guardian.

9. Release of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Partner, and participating theatres, along with each of their parent companies, affiliates and agencies and those companies’ officers, directors, employees and agents (together, the “Released Parties”). This release covers any liability, claims, or damages arising from participating in the Giveaway or from accepting, using, or misusing a prize. For entrants who are Minors, their parent or legal guardian also agrees to this release.

10. General Conditions
The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor may also modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned. All decisions of the Sponsor are final.

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If these Terms & Conditions conflict with any other Giveaway materials, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.
