Order Claims

If you’re experiencing an issue with your order, you can submit an Order Claim so our team can review it and help resolve things as quickly as possible. Please choose the option that best matches what happened—this helps us route your claim correctly.

You can file an Order Claim for:

  • Damaged products

  • Damaged shipment/box (items affected)

  • Missing products from your order

  • Wrong products delivered

  • Order never arrived

  • Shipment returned to sender

  • Expired products

  • Product quality issues (e.g., off taste/smell, unusual texture)

Not an Order Claim:

  • Ordered too much / changed your mind

  • Return requests or exchange requests (these are handled by our Returns Centre)
