Subscribe & Save FAQ
How do I subscribe to a product?
Go to the product page that you want to subscribe for, select the Subscribe & Save option and set your subscription frequency. Most of our consumable products are eligible for subscription – but you cannot subscribe to any merchandise.
How do I change my delivery date or delivery frequency?
Log into your account. Go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Edit. From here you can update delivery date, delivery frequency and other details for your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account. Go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel. Please note that all pausing or cancelling your order needs to be made at least three days prior to the next scheduled ship date. If your membership is canceled after your monthly package arrives, you’ll be billed for that cycle and your membership will be canceled before the next shipment.
Can I pause or skip a shipment?
Yes! Log into your account. Go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel. You can re-activate or cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I subscribe to multiple items?
Yes, you may subscribe to multiple products at once. Want to try a new product? You can also add a one-time purchase to your subscription order. You can add or remove products from an existing subscription at any time, as well as manage your delivery schedule from your account.
How do I add products to my subscription?
Log into your account. Go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Add Product. Next, select your new product and delivery frequency.
How does subscription pricing work?
You automatically save 15% off the regular price every time your recurring order ships.
How do I change my payment method?
Log into your account. Go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Billing Information. There, you’ll see an option to change your card on file.
How do I update my subscription shipping or billing address?
Log into your account. Go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Edit. Please note that all alterations to shipping addresses for recurring orders need to be made at least three days prior to the scheduled ship date. Your address must be properly updated prior to your order being processed.
How will I be reminded of an upcoming order?
We will email you 3 days before your card is charged for an upcoming subscription. We will also send a confirmation email when the payment is processed.
Can I add a discount code to my subscription order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept additional discounts on top of subscription orders.
